Website enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we store your name, career field, email and any optional phone number, social profile, website or notes you provide. We use this information to review and respond to your request, and to discuss a possible portfolio project. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to share.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in GALEROVA’s database and are available through an access-controlled agency workspace. Our hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate these services. Submitting an enquiry does not publish it on the website or enrol you in a mailing list. We do not send an automatic notification email for each enquiry.
How long we keep enquiries
There is currently no automatic deletion period for enquiry records. You can contact us to request correction or deletion, or to ask about an enquiry you previously sent. Include your reference if available. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before acting.
Accounts and public portfolios
Account sign-in is provided through Clerk. Account and hosting services may use cookies necessary for their operation. Starter portfolios are published only through the owner’s publication workflow; information you choose to publish becomes publicly accessible. Service and abuse prevention
We use submission counters to limit repeated enquiries. Rate-limit records contain hashed contact identifiers and counters, rather than the full enquiry. Infrastructure providers may also process technical request logs for security and service operation. Following a social link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
